Bella Bichons began with a gift.
Annabelle came into my life in 1998.
Annabelle, a companion Bichon Frise,
would forever imprint my love for the breed. Her
enthusiasm for life and endearing personality won me
over immediately.
My instant attraction to this special breed was their
temperament and character.
It’s not possible to be sad when you have a
Bichon in the family.
They are highly entertaining, constantly
performing tricks to get your attention and thrive off
love and being by your side.
They are intelligent, curious and above all else,
very loyal and loving.
I quickly found myself wanting to become more
involved with the breed. The more I learned, the
more I wanted to be a part of bettering the breed
through selective breeding. I found dog shows
intriguing and process to be rewarding in itself.
Growing up training and showing
horses provided the
perfect foundation from which my newfound hobby and
passion was built.
I knew the dedication it would require and I was up for
the challenge.

Through the advice and mentoring of some very special
breeders, handlers and self research - Bella Bichons was
born. We are grateful to all of those who held our
hand during the beginning stages of this journey,
believed in us and who have entrusted us with their
dogs.
We have big dreams for Bella
Bichons. We know that through education, research
and dedication - we will achieve all of our goals
and continue to provide healthy, correct Bichon Frise
for show, performance and companionship.
We are confident in our foundation and are eager to see
what the future holds.
